What's the difference between Hungarian goulash and Szekely goulash?

    Szekely used pork and sauerkraut, standard Hungarian uses beef and no sauerkraut.

    Szekeyy goulash is just One type of Hungarian goulash, which originated in Translyvania.  And is named after the Hungarian writer József Székely
