While in Medical School, can you get enough student loans to provide for basic necessities of two people.?

    The amount of federal student loans you can receive is based on the calculated cost of attendance and your demonstrated need; some of these loans have maximum amounts.  There are private student loans that don't have such restrictions.  You should take out as few loans as possible though - paying back student loan debt is no joke.
