Whether the name (and menu) must be retained is something that should be addressed in the reassignment documentation. From the nature of the question, it appears what is being reassigned is the lease for the property in which a restaurant is located. Other details may be included in the agreement or may be executed pursuant to (after) the basic reassignment is settled.
