Not exactly.  As TOR wrote, the longest it seems to take is 14 days.  Some people seem to show symptoms with 2-3 days of exposure, and some are asymptomatic, which means they have the virus but no symptoms at all.

Not necessarily - 14 days is the incubation period of the virus. Incubation period is the time it takes for ALL of the infected individuals of a species to show one or more symptoms of the disease caused by the particular virus or bacteria in question. Some will show symptoms much sooner than the 14 day period, but ALL of the infected individuals will show symptoms by day 14 unless they have an immune response that negates the infection.

14 days is the 'usual' length of time that it takes before someone infected with corona virus begin exhibiting any symptoms (but he's still contagious during those 14 days, even without symptoms). The length of time can vary from person to person. Some people might begin exhibiting symptoms a few days earlier; others, a few days later. Some people begin exhibiting symptoms within 5 to 7 days.

In most cases, people begin to show symptoms in 5-7 days. But sometimes it's more... hence the 14 day quarantine.
