How much do dance teachers get paid?

Just a teacher - not the owner of a dance studio

Completely depends on the studio and the person being employed. Here in the UK you can expect between £20-30 an hour at private studios, or even higher at performing arts colleges.

This is dependent on the school and the teacher’s resume. World class teachers who have had careers as professional dancers can do very well. Much better than a recreational dance teacher in a small school with little professional experience. Some get paid based on student enrollment. Others have a set salary. It really can vary a lot.
