Besides alcohol what non alcoholic reasons could be the cause of liver inflammation results on liver function blood test?

This happened to me and the doctor said it was not related to alcohol it didn't say it was alcohol I asked if I need to quit drinking alcohol and they said it's okay if I drink sometimes 1 or 2 drinks so they said it could be fatty liver or I was feeling sick what are some other causes?

    Hepatitis from a virus or something like autoimmune disease.

    Commonly, Non-alcoholic steato-hepatitis causes mildly elevated liver enzymes. That is the medical term for fatty liver!

    Ferratin levels, too much fat, medication such as paracetamol

    It could be your gallbladder, or a cold, or predisposition to a "fatty" liver.

    Tylenol is far worse than alcohol!!
