    They shouldn't be required to. But if that's what they want to do then they are welcome to.

    They need to take care of their own affairs and look after grandchildren.

    Yes, especially cooking classes. Baking rolls is a lost art.

    Gradparents SHOULD NOT be required to hold classes as educators, but if they are qualified and want to participate, grandparents SHOULD BE welcomed to hold classes as educators.

    Many grand-parents have invested 50 years or more into the coffers, have saved responsibly and are retired and on a permanent vacation. Teaching would mean stuck in a room. They have raised their children responsibly. Now the new generation wants us to raise their children as well? Some are teachers who'd rather die than go back to that literal he||. Not serious but sorta am depending where you lived at the time. It is us who should be taking care of them.  Hey, you guys aren't doing anything, make yourselves useful until you die.

    yes, absolutely. a lot of times, they are the child's guardian.
