Strawberry Field is in the Liverpool suburb of Woolton. It's a former orphanage that is owned by the Salvation Army.

Actually, it's  right outside of the Dakota, in NYC.........

you cross the street,   enter Central park.....and Bam......you're in  "Strawberry Fields".    There is a mosaic in the ground,  that says   "Imagine"....and a sign that says   "Strawberry  Fields".

I once bumped into Yoko Ono,  strolling with who I presumed was her bodyguard.

She was very nice, and stopped to chat with my girlfriend  , who nearly  PLOTZED   when we actually bumped into her.
