How many years can a young woman survive after a heart attack?

With diet/exercise changes?

It depends upon what caused her heart attack  in the first place. If she had a blockage in a heart artery, they will usually clear the blockage with angioplasty and then put in a stent to keep that spot in the artery open. After that, she's usually right as rain.

I'm certainly not a 'young' woman and 7 years ago I had a heart attack caused by blockages in a heart artery. I've got 3 stents in that artery, and I'm still fine. My doctor said it wasn't necessary for me to make any diet or exercise changes.

50 years possibly! A mild heart attack with no permanent damage, she would live a normal life span!
