Should water baptism be done with clothes on or naked? In Judaism Jews use the mikvah naked. Someone said John baptized Christians naked?

Probably John did baptize people naked

    or nearly so

since clothing was such a (relatively) expensive item at the time.

They would not want to slog their "best clothes" through the Jordan river, toilet of many cities, would they?

With clothes on, of course. If John baptized people naked, well, their society was a little different than ours.

Best to leave clothes on so as not to profane the house of God where the baptism is taking place and also to avoid scandal and immodesty/lust.

    John didn't baptize "Christians".

John did not baptize Christians. Converts did not become Christians until after baptism, Acts 2:38.

I dare you to Pray to GOD about this!

Any method will do, such as wading out into the Choctawachie with the catfish, wearing your Sunday-go-to-meetin’ bibs.

'Naked' meant clothed only in undergarments. No one EVER bathed or did anything completely nude as we define it. Bathing was a time to wash your undergarments too.

Most people were baptized fully clothed, with the exception of their cloak. This meant while wearing both undergarments and a tunic. Going 'naked' in public was not done, let alone going nude.

For modesty's sake, with some sort of clothing on if possible.

The scriptures do not tell most likely though they were dressed. The bible speaks of being modest right?
