Does China have homeless people?

Update:

Or is everyone in China required to have a home?

Update 2:

I looked it up and according to the Ministry of Civil Affairs, China had about 3 million homeless people in 2014 (about 1/455th of the population).

the only thing communist about China is the name of the ruling party.

Yes there are homeless people, and also a lot of people-less homes. Apparently, entire cities were built without checking whether people actually wanted to live in them.

China is a socialist nation with solid police and social personality. Thus, the measure of vagrants is around multiple times lower, than in different nations

Of course but it is likely that they are killed for their organs.  Where is Wikileaks when you really need them.

China is a communist country with strong police and social mind. So, the amount of homeless people is about 10 times lower, than in other countries

not in the sense of the US.  90% of China's population is lives in poverty and in many cases, houses are mere shacks.  That would be considered homeless in the US but it's fairly common in China.  Most of the US homeless tend to be lazy people who simply do not want to conform to society
