glasswear. how to clean white film after hand washing?

Maybe the glassware isn't quite clean yet. If washing again in detergent and hot water and drying with a towel doesn't remove the film, it's either limescale or damage from being washed in a dishwasher. The first can be removed in several ways, google to find out. The second probably can't be fixed at all.

You can get the existing residue off by soaking them in vinegar and water mix.

The "white film" is probably a residue from hard water. Find a dish soap that's made to be used in hard water.

Ammonia, or vinegar.
