How to deal with being skinny fat?
I'm 20 years old. As long as i can remember i've always been skinny fat. I look skinny (or normal) with clothes on but i have a bit of a belly (specifically lower belly and around the waist). I've always been active by playing sports and i've been going gym regularly for the past 3 years. I've acquired quite a bit of muscle and my arms are pretty toned however i still have belly fat lurking. I've had periods where reduced my calories significantly and eaten cleanly but it seemed like i was losing fat everywhere EXCEPT my belly.
I need help, i want to lose my belly fat so i can have a toned stomach for the first time in my life 😩

Start by looking at what you are doing in the gym. A general weight lifting program probably isn't going to have the kind of ab work needed to build a six-pack. Understand that muscle is muscle and fat is fat, but part of having a flat stomach is having strong abdominal muscles.
Next, diet is important. That doesn't mean you have to lose more weight, but it might be worth looking at your food choices and trying a very clean keto diet for a couple of months. If most of your calories come from starchy foods like cereal, pasta, rice, beans, potatoes, and even fruit and dairy, your body may be storing fat even if you aren't overeating.
Your last option is to look at something like CoolScupting or liposuction. If you've tried everything else and there rest of your body is exactly how you want it, then you may be a candidate for a cosmetic procedure.
