Anything you want to make, bake or prepare.

Or something ready made from the store / bakery.

I make nice muffins, scones, goats cheese & red bell pepper quiche , tuna pasta salad. I'd take one of these, probably.

But take what you like or fancy.

You generally want simple dishes, not too many ingredients and no allergens like peanuts.  I make a bowtie pasta salad that's always a hit and if i'm lazy, I'll just get a 5 pound party tray of chow mein from panda express. You want something that's familiar. Potlucks aren't the time to bring put exotic spices and dishes.

Meatballs or sliced kielbasa on toothpicks.  Cheese and crackers.  Cut up carrots and celery.  Fruit salad.

Wow....  Last time I had a luck pot at work was in the late '70's, when I was still single.

They said I could bring in whatever I purchased.

Instead I made home made gazpacho.  It was the hit of the day.
