What sort of stone is this house constructed from? Cheers?

    "Fake" stone.

    You don't actually think that's more than a thin veneer, do you?

    yep, imitation limestone.  Looks like a nice house, but it's not a house that would have real stone on it.   (A single car garage and it looks like it's under 2000 sq ft, probably 1400.

    its reconstituted stone ..its quite common in uk its as wide as a brick

    "Cultured" stone. Man-made from concrete, gypsum, and recycled coffee cups.

    It's not stone, it is brick. Whether it is all brick or this is just a facade I can't tell from here.
