    That might be something NFL owners would be interested in branching out to, since interest in football has sort of run it's course.  I could see where every town would build a gallows or a guillotine and defray the costs of operating them by admission fees.

    Vendors could sell dead cats and offal to hurl at particularly vile offenders.

    There are enough criminal Democrats to occupy these venues for up to 6 months.

    Why not? They could become an excellent source of revenue. Sell tickets, with the best seats up front going for higher prices. Sell season tickets. Erect sky boxes.
