How Do Jews Eat Mutton Palau ?
Mutton Palau is a south Asian dish common in India and Pakistan. It is like a meat flavored rice. However Dahi (Yogurt) is a part of the resipe so how can a Jew eat it since Dahi and Mutton together isn't kosher ?

Either they don't keep kosher (they don't observe the dietary laws) or they don't eat it.

They use kosher yogurt. Mutton is a kosher animal so that’s not a problem.
