Still waiting for an answer on how to set up a spreadsheet in Excel for scheduling. Any Excel experts out there?

Spreadsheets are used to crunch numbers not scheduling.
Use Google Calendars or Windows Calendar.

Are you saying the answers you got on your OTHER questions didn't help? If so, tell us WHY they don't work.
I think this could be done with an IF statement or a group of nested IF statement.
in B4 would be this formula
=IF(B2=A4,A2,"") Leaving the cell blank if it does not match.
Is this what you needed?

Define what you mean by "scheduling."
You have not given us any information to be able to guess what you are trying to do or what you need to see on the sheet or have it do.
This could be something as simple as a calendar under which you manually list who is working when for each day, to something complex that would involve dozens of spreadsheet that have production information and automatically predicts what your staffing level (or your production level, or our shipping level, or any of a dozen other things you need to schedule) would be.
You have not given us enough information to make a guess how to set this up.
