I would be more worried someone would try to kill you in your sleep or you would be bitten by a mosquito and get worms  then whether wild cats will eat you.  If you are still worried just camp close to some zebras or wildebeests. The lions would prefer those as they taste better,

You can go on an organised safari where you will sleep in tents but these are suited to the purpose. If you try it in a small lightweight hiking tent you might get eaten and it would be your own fault.
