Found it on the road. Not sure what it is. There are no markings anywhere.

    That is a coal poke. Used to move around coal in a top feed coal stove.

    Dno a hand break ,a pole for tightening straps on a truck trailer, or a pole to pull and push pallets or crates in a truck trailer idk
