will 454 engine parts enterchange with 350 engine parts?

The internal engine parts? No.
The castings (block, cylinder heads)? No.
The manifolds (intake and exhaust)? No.
Water pump? No.
Valve covers? No.
Engine mounts? Yes.
Oil filter? Likely.
Older engines shared the same distributor.
The transmission/bellhousing bolt size and bolt pattern was the same. Early used 3/8"-16 bolts. Later used M10x1.5 bolts. The holes in the transmissions and bellhousings would fit either, but the bolt thread size/pitch needed to match the threads in the block.
The location of the engine mounts measured from the rear of the engine block and the relation to the crankshaft centerline was the same, so the 2 series of V8 engines would fit the same mounting locations, and the big block would fit if the engine compartment had enough room.
What else do you want to know?
Where do you want to install the 454??

Not so much. These two GM engines, featured in Chevy's, are different block styles. 454 is the big block, 350 was the small block. The fundamental cylinder spacing is different, so most all engine parts have to be a different size.

Maybe the spark plugs. Not sure about the rest.

Absolutely not. They are of different sizes so all the parts are different.

There may be some parts which are similar. There may even be some which are the same. A parts House can tell you which ones are.

No. Totally different castings and dimensions.

a lot more detail would help. what kind of engines? exact part numbers? manufacturer?
and what does this have to do with mathematics?
