Social Security ?

Dose anybody know how much they take away from your social security disability benefits if you work for your self?

    15%, it is the self employment tax (you pay the employer and employee portions).

    The same as they would reduce them as a wage earner.

    12.4% because you pay both the employee and the employer amount.  And no, you don't get a bigger social security check later in case you were wondering.
