Does the sportster share the same transmission parts as the 04 buell xb12r?

Question

I have an 04 buell xb12r that has transmission issues and I need to replace it. I was wondering if they shared the same transmission parts. Where would be a good place to get a used or new one cheap if that were the case?

I would start by asking the guys at any Harley Stealership.  Or ask on a Buell forum online.

  I see a guy selling one on eBay, it Looks like a Sporty gearbox. He entertains questions. (Of course, he could Lie to make a sale--Never Mind.)
