Italians are to,chinese are to do that,if they don,t like to become hyper,by a simple habit of them, which no more can be good for them,as they forget they put it down,so that they think further variously.

It's flour and water. Not too complex.

100,000 years ago, there were people that had to wander.  The bards, minstrels, that went hinter to yon, telling stories, ideas.  Noodles are one of the very good ideas.

Marco Polo discovered noodles when he visited the Orient in the 13th Century. Italians did all kinds of things to pasta ever since.

Isn't that kind of like asking why fire was discovered in different places?

    Great minds think alike.

Necessity is the mother of invention.

No one really knows the origins of pasta in Italy, but it was already there in the 1200s when Marco Polo came.
