What countries in Europe can I visit with a European cruise?

    Potentially all of them since there is no country in Europe that you can't reach with river cruises.

    Most of them. River cruises go everywhere. I visited the Netherlands, Germany, France and Switzerland on one cruise.

    Any that have a coastline. The Mediterranean is a popular option, and also taking in Spain and Portugal. To the North, there is the possibility of England, Holland, Germany, The Baltic countries, including St Petersburg, Russia.
