    You can't. Mutations have to be in your DNA from the moment of conception for them to have an effect on the developed individual.

    The problem here is "my". You already have the genes you were given at conception. They aren't going to change now, except possibly by viral infection. There might be a mutation in a single cell but that isn't going to get passed on to the other muscle cells.
