Bogus corrupt companies?

What do you call a corrupt cell phone companies  like:

Hello, metro pcs, sprint, cricket

Is it called  racketeering?

They’re all scheme driven and offer no true benefits like the main cell phone tower companies.

Bad business?

Corrupt businesses?

Would love to know the proper word usage on this

Hello, MetroPCS and Cricket are MVNO - Mobile Virtual Network Operators. There are others. They buy network time in bulk from the large carriers (like Verizon, Sprint, AT&T, TMobile that actually have national networks - and others that have regional or rural networks.

I don't quite understand what you mean by "main cell phone tower companies". As far as I know, while the larger national cell service providers own many of their own cell sites, there are a whole lot of cell sites owned by companies like American Tower - which leases the sites back to the cell service providers.

So... when you make the accusation of Hello, metro pcs, sprint, cricket being somehow "corrupt" - with no supporting information, and seem to not understand the cell service providers sometimes owning, but not always because of real-estate lease-back deals with a few specialized companies, it is confusing.

MVNOs are legit businesses making it difficult to provide you the (negative descriptive) word you're looking for.
