Does it make you a bad person if you stole from your own family to support your coke habit?

If so, how do learn to become a better person ?

    I am a recovered cocaine addict and I stole from my family and everybody else that I could steal from. After getting treatment which took a good five years an inpatient self-imposed care. I learned how to live a responsible life and I began to pay my bills and build a life. Once you start to live responsibly and pay back what you have stolen people will begin to have respect for you again.

    kind of, just stealing in itself is wrong, get help for your drug issues before they kill you

    Yes. It makes you a bad person.

    How do you become a better person? Simple. Treat others as you want to be treated. Put yourself in their shoes. How would you feel if your family stole from you?
