    That my friend, is a triple-stinger hornet ant. These little suckers are such a nuisance down under in Australia, mate. These things come in swarms of hundreds in size, after they send a drone hornet ant to scout out possible nesting locations. they prefer lightly colored blankets/cloths, kind of like the one in the picture. Hope this helps!

    It's a parasitic wasp in the family Braconidae, probably Atanycolus sp. The braconids are in the same superfamily as the ichneumonids, so Lon was close.

    Could be an orange ant or a pharaoh ant.
