Could anyone tell the difference between Antarctica and the North Pole?

Would most visitors say they're basically the same?

    You can tell by the local fauna A.k.a. Penguins, and if ur able 2 ice fish..

    Antarctica has actual land under all the ice and snow, and is consered the 7th, the 6th if you combine the EuroAsia into one continent.. While the North Pole, does not.
