Why do Americans complain very loudly?

I work at a hotel in Italy. When Europeans and other people have complaints, they says gently.

Only Americans come out and very loudly say "I need to see a manager!!!" "I'm pissed"Ā  "This is ridiculous" "Are you kidding me?"

American culture is Capitalism and entitlement. It's inevitable. And we don't fvck around. šŸ„“ Very, very impatient. Blunt. When you're used to having the best or doing things a certain way, we're pushy perfectionists.

I guess Europeans are used to the poor service at Italian businesses, while Americans believed the vacation brochures and were surprised.
