is it ok for a 15 year old girl to eat 600 calories a day?

    No,it is definitely too low. Children and teenagers, besides, need more calories than adults because they are still growing.

    To know how many calories you should precisely eat, however, you have to know your caloric needs. They may vary from 1200 to 1800 ,since you are a girl....Boys, on the other hand, definitely need a lot more 😉

    No. Minimum should be in the 1200 calorie range. Your metabolism will just slow down to conserve energy.

    Much too low. You should be eating at least twice that, more if you're very active or playing sports.

    No. It's not okay for anyone to eat 600 calories per day. They will starve to death.

    No, of course it isn't. You need no less than 1200 minimum especially when you are still a growing CHILD. Otherwise, say hello to horrible health problems that will affect your ENTIRE life.
