It all depends on what you are going there to do. Beach wise I would say Daytona, food and drink and good sunsets Key West. Either way, take some strong bug spray because them noseems are no joke.

That depends on what kind of destination you want, like do you want more of a party place, more of a quite relaxed place. Also, it depends on what water color you want PBC (panama city beach) has green water, other places in Florida has a nice clear blue color.

First you'll have to decide what's 'best' in your opinion.

It depends on what you consider "best" and what you want to do on your vacation. If you want to visit theme parks and zoos, then the Orlando and Tampa areas will be best for you. If you want clear and often (but not always) quiet beaches, then the Gulf Coast might be best for you. If you want big waves and more touristy cities, then the Atlantic coast will be best. There are a whole lot of other options in FL - it's a big state with a lot to do. Research it online, ask friends, go to travel sites and read blogs and forums, etc.

It depends on what you want to do. Search online for that activity (like "beach - Florida" or "amusement parks - Florida"), and ask coworkers or friends.
