Have you ever eaten an aloo paratha?

    Of course. I often eat it and also loved it.

    yes, it is delicious, but it includes much oil and fat. So it is much better to not take it daily. Not healthy for every day. And it also consume so much time to make.

    Yes, aloo paratha is a most sought after breakfast dish in Indian subcontinent. Aloo paratha is a spiced potato flat bread, where boiled potatoes are mixed with spices and herbs like chopped Cilantro and green chillies . Then stuffed in a whole wheat flour dough and rolled around 6 inch diameter.

    It is then roast in a Iron skillet or a non stick pan with cooking oil or pure ghee till crisp golden on both sides.

    Aloo paratha is served with yoghurt or pickle. It can be served with Cilantro mint sauce and tomato ketchup.

    It some places it is served with chickpea curry (chana masala).
