A dental drill. Once a tooth has begun to decay the only way to stop it getting worse is to have that section of tooth removed

Brushing your teeth and flossing them after meals, and especially before going to bed, will help ward off tooth decay, gum disease, and tooth loss. Your dentist may recommend other tools and techniques that will help you to clean your teeth effectively and thus protect your smile.

You can't get rid of tooth decay on your own. You need a dentist to drill it out and clean up the whole area and fill the gap with clean amalgam. Go to your dentist now.

To prevent tooth decay, brush your teeth thoroughly at least twice a day and floss properly.

    There's nothing you can take.

You see a dentist to have the decay removed and the tooth filled.
