It's a nice day, sunny but no too hot, the beloved is hanging on the arm of the poet, there's some nice food in the picnic basket and the poet just jotted down some ideas for three different poems.

William Wordsworth was a Nature poet. The sight of the thousands of happy daffodils filled his heart with joy and cheer. He was sure to be inspired by them. They were brighter and prettier than the sparkling waves. That's why the poet was happy.
