Would you vote for an amendment requiring that all laws the federal govt makes for the South apply equally to all States and all Citizens?

Update:

Aren't we a nation of fairness and equality?

    AHEM:

Dee Doo? You do know that the laws our FEDERAL GOVERNMENT makes apply to ALL of the U.S. States AND the territories also?

    If not....

Petition your school board for up to date text books that INCLUDE everything that happened after 1786.

    Thank you.
