Are grapes hydrating? (This is all I have for lunch and it is very hot in this workplace) green-grapes* unsure if the color makes a differen?

    Yes, but not like drinking water. Grapes, oranges, pineapple, peaches, melons, etc. all have a water content of over 80%.

    As Patricia noted, all these fruits also have a high sugar content. That doesn't necessarily detract from their ability to hydrate, but they aren't the best choice as your only nutrition.

    yes grapes are very hydrating. they are about 85% water.

    Water is hydrating. Grapes are a watery fruit (loaded with sugars)

    They are, yes. Things that have refined sugar in them aren't.
