if an object has a volume of 8m^3 what is the volume in cubic millimeters a)8000mm b)8x10^6 mm^3 c)8x10^9 mm^3 d)8x10^-9mm^3 (I think its C)?

    C is correct because 8m³ * (1000mm/m)³ = 8e9mm³

    There are 1000 millimetres in a metre.

    For volume, a cubic metre is 1000 x 1000 x 1000mm; 10^9 cubic mm

    Eight cubic metres = 8 x 10^9 cu mm.

    Answer C is correct.
