Economic question. What would be some consequences if health insurance wasn’t around and everyone had to pay from their own healthcare?

    Poorer health, shorter life-spans.

There will be no moral hazard, means people will not care more about themselves. But some people will go broke. The healthy guys need not pay for the ugly anymore. The insurance tycoons will have to find some new jobs. In developing countries, it is an opportunity to cheat people.

The cause of health care would go down because people couldn't pay more and more .
