What are some good things about becoming a chef?

    You won't likely ever screw up a dish. Even good cooks, such as myself, when experimenting, make something that I'd just like to toss into the garbage. When that happens, I usually pick out the good stuff in it and toss the rest, after eating a dish of it and telling myself - you don't have to eat it..
