How old is the child? If she is under 7, she is too young to care for rabbits on her own.
I suggest, whatever your daughter's age, that you clean out the rabbits' cage together, that you show her how it's done. If you do this together, your daughter will see you as less than a nagging mother, and more as a carer of her and her bunnies. It'll also encourage her to come to care more for the animals, because at the moment she's not appreciating them as living beings needing constant care. Try this and I think you'll find that she wont be the old whining child anymore. She'll come to respect you, and the animals, a lot more. It'll be a win win situation for all concerns, including the rabbits.
