Depends how the "full hd camera" recorded the video, is connected to the TV and plays back. We assume you mean "HD ready LED video monitor".
Since we don't know which "full hd camera", which monitor, how the video was captured or how the "full hd camera" is connected to the monitor, we have no way to know for sure.
My Sony HDR-AX2000 is a "full hd camera". When I capture the video at the best quality 1080p resolution, lowest compression and connect the camcorder's HDMI-out to the monitor's HDMI input to playback 1080p high definition video ... and we assume the monitor is 1080p (not 720p), there *should* be no "clarity reduction".
There is no reason to think there would be "clarity reduction" unless the camera or TV are of poor quality, the video is REALLY compressed, captured at a low bit rate or something else that impacts video resolution that you are not telling us.
