If you want in-body image stabilization (IBIS) in a digital still camera for video, then look at getting either the Panasonic GH4 or GH5, or one of the mirrorless Sony cameras like the A7R series. The one and only DSLR that has IBIS are those from Pentax. However, Pentax's video capabilities are even worse than Nikon's which is saying a lot!.
Otherwise, you'll have to contend with the Canon system of in-lens stabilization and hope that they have the stabilized lenses that you will need now and into the future.
With that said, the best solution for your video needs will be to buy a dedicated video camcorder which already has all of the features that you'll need for video as opposed to buying a digital still camera that doesn't. Realize that no digital still camera is as good as a camcorder.
Note - Within the next month or two, Canon will announce a new mirrorless camera to compete with the likes of Sony which is just killing both Canon and Nikon. It's rumored that this mirrorless camera will have IBIS, but take that with a grain of salt. The new camera should be out either in the last part of 2018 or within the first quarter of 2019.
