I could build a Custom PC that will do that for $5000 but it would cost 8k or 9k if I bought it prebuilt. Yeah screw that extra 4k, saving money is bullshit.
If you have to ask this then you really shouldn't buy a computer for video editing at all. You see, the trick here about custom builds is you're learning what the hardware is and what the hardware can do. Even if you refuse to build your own PC, you can still use that knowledge to buy one that's premade from the Big 3 (Dell, HP, Lenovo), a local shop, or a boutique builder like Puget Systems.
Otherwise, this isn't like recommending a pickup truck for a certain task because Computers aren't as straightforward are other items or cars.
