I like a hot soup, but not too hot...just right so that it is warming and satisfying, but won't burn your tongue. I love lots of kinds of soup, chicken soup, veggie soup or minestrone with pesto, chicken tortilla, beef stew, mulligatawny, thai peanut and chicken, coconut curry and chicken, creamy chicken and rice, chili, new England clam chowder, spilt pea with ham, lobster bisque, Italian wedding, summer corn chowder with crabmeat, (or plain corn chowder), so many varieties..so good! I prefer a soup that is like a meal, with lots of good stuff, like chicken, rice, chunky veggies, etc so it works almost like a stew or meal. I like a soup that has a variety of good tastes and quality ingredients and leaves you feeling full and satisfied. :) I like eating it with a big spoon, (or decently sized spoon) in a mug, bowl or a good sized cup. It should be a relaxing, fulfilling experience.
