She can evict you for violating the lease. She can't TOUCH your property. Pets are property under the law. Tell her this. She also cannot go into property unannounced except for a legitimate emergency. As long as you understand that you can be evicted for violating the lease, tell her, 'Hey, you can evict anyone who refuses to get rid of an unapproved pet, but you are asking to be sued for money damages AND punitive damages if you enter their home without advance notice, and if you illegally confiscate property. Pets are property. You can't remove their furniture, their clothes, any of their belongings. You can't remove pets.' Remind her also that any tenant she does this to can file a criminal complaint for burglary.
