Could you sell a game pad with a broken screen, and if so, for how much?

I have 2 broken Wii U gamepads just sitting at my computer desk, and I plan on selling them to a place like GameStop along with a couple games. I want to know how much I’d get selling them.

Most places won't accept broken devices for trade-in. They can't sell them unless they get repaird, so why would they buy them at all unless they can pay what they'd normally pay minus the cost of the repair?
