I Can't Sleep Because I Keep On Overthinking Things.?

Hello i m fourteen and i m getting troubles when i going sleep because i overthink about things like my education,what i still need to do etc. i only fall asleep when its about to 11:30 in the night.Any suggestions and help please.Thanks
