The story of Adam and Eve contradicts the scientific consensus that humans evolved from earlier species of hominids and is incompatible with human evolutionary genetics; in particular, if all humans descended from two individuals that lived several thousand years ago, the observed variation would require an impossibly high mutation rate. This entails a lower bound on the size of the ancestral group, currently thought to be of the order of 10,000 individuals. The evidence against Adam and Eve existing has caused many Christians to move away from a literal interpretation and belief in the Genesis creation narrative to an allegorical approach.

There are many human varieties because the first man and woman had the capability to produce them. All humans are made of one race, the human race. There aren't any less evolved or more evolved people, because we all come from Adam and Eve, who were created by God. Any healthy adult human male no matter where they come from, or what color they are, can produce children with any healthy adult human female of child bearing age. There is no infertile hybridization which happens among animals of different species.

Not accepting that fact leads some people into thinking that they are better in some way than others because of where they were born, and who their parents were. Even the full title of Darwin's book refers to "Favoured Races". But the truth is that race is a fictional concept, and we are all brothers and sisters.

Reading the wikipedia references should remind one that what we think is scientific and clearly the case, often changes with further study. We are not a combination of several groups of humans, because we are not that separate from one another genetically. If that were true, there could be no useful medicine or anatomy. We can even recognize that what makes people different, like melanin, and rh factor in blood, can be accounted for dealt with within the context of these fields.

This is also why people who like me accept that we are all brothers and sisters, but with scientific and genetic backgrounds, are building up a strong research refutation to the genetic theories that are meant to contradict this idea.

If you really trust the Bible, the answer is in Genesis 10, it's the dispersion of Noah's sons in many lands after the Flood.

The reality is similar, but much more ancient (60,000 years ago instead of 7500 for the Black Sea great flood): the dispersion over the 3 continents probably for climatic reasons of a small group of East Africans.

Each group took only a small part of the global genome (founder effect) and then interbred a little with populations descendants of previously migrated H.erectus.

UV rate in local sunlight then gave them the final touch: a lighter or darker skin adapted to climate

The question holds no merit due to an indeterminate premise. Ice core samples taken from Antarctica prove beyond any doubt that life existed on this planet far, far more than 70,000 years ago. Methane in the ice samples confirm not only did living organisms inhabit the earth 70K yrs. ago, but each layer in the ice core sample numbers above 70K. Each layer represents one year. So with that question asked, are you able to provide directly observable, peer reviewed, demonstrated empirical evidence that earth and its organisms were created less than 7k years ago?

The Adam and Eve story is pure fantasy. So-called races are geographically-based variants caused by, for instance, the merits or otherwise of different skin colouring in different climates.

The perfect cell would hold information on all ethnicity, on all traits, and would be able to replicate to the needs of an environment.

This is actually something genetics proved in cloning sheep, and cows, you can build a perfect cell, that has all the info needed to carry all-traits in 1 cell.

And the more it replicates through generations, the more becomes 1-sided, because that's how Biology works, it purifies, works towards the simplest version. Even multiple clones show cell 'tiring', so the first body is perfect, the rest will move to 'their side' of the spectrum.

So it's possible, and natural to see that happen.

    Obviously, they didn't.
